A CPC reverse-logistics engagement began with an in-house process affected by limited visibility, labor-intensive reconciliation, inconsistent device identification and costly inspection and refurbishment activities.

CPC gathered requirements, redesigned the process, outsourced it to the existing fulfillment provider, introduced XML interfaces, made the ERP the inventory system of record and added a liquidation process.
